FR_Le projet s’implante au cœur d’un terrain boisé à Petit?Enghien, en retrait de la voirie afin de préserver l’ambiance naturelle du site et d’offrir une transition douce depuis l’espace public. Les volumes techniques et le garage forment un écran protecteur côté rue, permettant d’ouvrir pleinement les espaces de vie vers les vues arborées de la parcelle. L’architecture adopte une volumétrie triangulaire affirmée, articulant le corps principal, l’espace professionnel indépendant et une serre orientée vers le futur potager. Les grandes baies vitrées, les espaces traversants et les accès de plein pied effacent la frontière entre intérieur et extérieur, offrant lumière, transparence et continuité spatiale. La piscine semi?couverte glisse sous la terrasse ajourée, participant à la mise en scène du jardin et des pièces de vie. À l’étage, l’aile parentale et l’aile enfants s’organisent autour d’un axe clair, avec terrasses privatives et vues protégées. La matérialité privilégie des teintes claires, des toitures végétalisées et des châssis sombres, renforçant l’intégration dans le paysage. L’ensemble compose une habitation contemporaine, immersive et chaleureuse, qui valorise le caractère boisé du site tout en offrant un confort de vie généreux et lumineux.
EN_ The project is set within a densely wooded plot in Petit?Enghien, positioned deliberately away from the street to preserve the natural, bucolic character of the site. A first vegetated filter ensures privacy and creates a soft transition from the public realm. The house unfolds over two levels, with daytime functions on the ground floor and nighttime spaces upstairs. Technical rooms, storage areas and the garage are placed along the street façade, forming a protective buffer and allowing the living spaces to open fully onto the wooded views at the rear.
The architecture adopts a distinctive triangular composition: the main volume forms the base, while a separate professional workspace offers privileged cross?views over the site and maintains privacy for the home. At the tip of the triangle, a greenhouse extends toward the future vegetable garden. The swimming pool volume slides beneath the openwork terrace, contributing to the spatial scenography of the living areas.
Large sliding windows, full?height openings and seamless ground?level transitions blur the boundary between interior and exterior, ensuring abundant natural light and a strong connection to the landscape. Upstairs, the parental and children’s wings are organized along a clear circulation axis, each with direct access to a private terrace sheltered from street views. The child’s bedroom develops over two levels, creating a playful suspended sleeping area. The material palette combines light?toned render, dark aluminium frames and vegetated roofs, reinforcing the project’s integration into its wooded environment.
