EN_The project involves the creation of a shared living space, namely a co-housing community with 4 family units and a communal space, while preserving most of the agricultural areas. This conversion will integrate seamlessly with the existing characteristics of the site and will help maintain its scale, character, and authenticity. The site, previously used as a second home/office and pasture for horses, is intended for reactivation, aiming to create a living and cultural space on a domestic scale, while preserving the existing character of the place, without any extensions or significant modifications to the current buildings.

FR_Le projet consiste en la création d’un espace de vie partagé, à savoir une communauté d’habitat groupé comprenant 4 unités familiales ainsi qu’un espace commun, tout en préservant la majeure partie des zones agricoles. Cette reconversion s’intégrera harmonieusement aux caractéristiques existantes du site et contribuera à en maintenir l’échelle, le caractère et l’authenticité.
Le site, auparavant utilisé comme seconde résidence/bureau et comme pâture pour chevaux, est destiné à être réactivé afin de créer un espace de vie et un lieu culturel à échelle domestique, tout en préservant le caractère existant des lieux, sans extensions ni modifications significatives des bâtiments actuels
